We must continue, even if it seems like nothing makes sense.
Phew... it doesn't feel like it, especially when it seems like you're swimming against the current... or, worse yet, when there's no current, but you still can't move forward.
I've always said it's hard to understand why the saying "everything works for the best" makes sense. Because when you're in the middle of a storm, without an umbrella or shelter, it doesn't seem like any of it works for the best.
And yes, there are people who revel in the rain, who enjoy it (they call it resilience). But what happens when the rain is too much? When you just wish it would at least stop for a little while...
Even so, we must continue. The moment of clarity will come. And if it doesn't... then we'll have to create our own light.
Because the lamp doesn't always arrive: sometimes you have to put it together yourself.
